Eric G. Diefenbach is a litigator with state and federal court experience. He has represented large corporate and individual clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial disputes. Prior to his admission to the bar, Mr. Diefenbach held various hotel management positions with organizations including the Peninsula Group, Rubell & Schrager Hotels, and Helmsley Enterprises. Mr. Diefenbach graduated from the Fordham University School of Law in New York and received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Columbia University. In connection with his studies at Fordham, he served as a law clerk for a U. S. District Court Judge in the District of New Jersey.
