Kennedy Johnson is pleased to announce that, effective January 3, 2006, Peter J. Gallagher will become a member of the firm and the firm will change its name to Kennedy Johnson Gallagher LLC.  Mr. Gallagher, currently a partner in the New York office of Salans, an international law firm, is an experienced commercial trial lawyer who increases the firm’s depth in handling complex commercial litigation matters.  In addition, Mr. Gallagher adds a new dimension to the firm with his expertise in international and construction litigation and arbitration.
